Pigs are so valuable for working in the small regenerative / permaculture holding, they are so much fun to live with, and produce the most amazing meat.
In past years there have been pairs of weaners coming in mid Spring, to work their magic on small areas around, then away to Mull in October.
A week or so later, there are some very busy days making bespoke sausages, bacon and finishing the butchery to one’s own requirements.
