Come join us for a day or more of scything, haymaking, singing, chatting, eating and playing. At the amazing Cultybraggan Camp beside Comrie in Highland Perthshire.
There are camping options for Friday 18th and Saturday 19th. There is also a scything workshop at the camp on Friday 18th being led by Andi Rickard and John Grundy, contact Rob – robmaculture@yahoo.co.uk for more details.
The closest public transport is 1.5miles away in Comrie. With advance notice lifts can be organised if required.
Workshops confirmed so far include – singing and scything, turning hay into compost,
Nectar Network, peening, hayrack making.
Experts on hand to help with novice and improver mowing.
Large area for practice and team mowing.
Competition heats and finals.
Scythe Shop.
Field Games including Quoits and Mollki.
Food from the onsite cafe and pizza oven (Saturday daytime only)
For the campers there will be a campfire on both nights, please bring your own food and drinks and a musical instrument if you fancy!
