Love seeing the Guinea fowl exploring around the farm.
They roam far wider than hens do. This flock cover half the 24 acres here, devouring ticks and other insects as they go.
In future it would be interesting to move their housing to the centre of the farm, see if they would alternate each side, or if there needs to be 2 flocks for each half.
This flock are very peaceful, have a strong routine around their chosen areas, and, thankfully, are only noisy when they get seperated from each other.
