Here at Kintaline Plant and Poultry Centre we have very full days with our birds and plants outside, students, guests and customers visiting the farm, as well as email and phone customers.
Please email with your daytime and evening telephone numbers if you are having difficulties getting hold of us by phone. We will return your call as soon as we can.

All feeds are available for local customers who can collect from the farm.

We do not do mail order around the country as the post is just too expensive, but if you are completely stuck, ring or email and we will see what can be done.
For the local islands, if you can sort the carriers, we can get feed into Oban, but not often at short notice

This is a list of ALL THE FEEDS AND SUPPLEMENTS we can get in for you.
We get a weekly delivery at present around the weekend which is ordered the previous Monday - email us if you would like to order
A few things may be special orders or such so let us know in plenty of time. We will keep you appraised of stocks.
Deliveries are usually Friday or Saturday and we are open throughout the weekend.
We can text you when it comes in if that helps.
Once we have your routine then we are pretty good at making sure your feed is always available.

We do have extra stocks of layers meal; pellets; and wheat for sale all the time

  • Feeds and supplements for other stock are available to order :
  • Horse; pony; sheep; goat; rabbit; dog; cat; pig; wild bird etc
  • from a wide variety of manufacturers - see the list above.
  • We also have all the manufacturers information so you can research the feed for your animal.

    Opening hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. including Saturdays and Sundays
    [but other times and evenings are no problem by arrangement]

    The farm is one mile along the south Shian and Tralee road at the north end of Benderloch village

    If you would like to collect your feed regularly from us
    we will be happy to add you to the list of feed to be delivered to the farm.

    As we have to have feed for our own chickens, ducks, geese, dogs, cats, sheep etc, Continuity of supply is absolutely vital to us.
