We are not Alexander technique teachers ourselves, but we rely on it for our daily activity and well being. As there are no teachers within reach of us here, we came up with an even better scheme. We exchange a holiday for STAT registered Alexander Technique teachers here in the Highlands of Scotland, for lessons for ourselves, and in addition local people can get lessons. We have the greatest luxury of being able to experience different teachers perspectives on the Technique, as well as making wonderful friends.

We are indebted to all the teachers, firstly for being so much fun to have to stay and secondly for keeping us all untangled in our varyingly frenetic Highland lives. Its a wonderful journey we are all taking in exploring the power that AT has in our very every day lives. The luxury of having so many teachers is an experience that few ordinary mortals have the opportunity of. All of us are finding out more about our capabilities and what AT can bring to us as each month passes.
